We’re delighted you’re here. Our mission is to help couples strengthen their marriages through practical, Bible-based resources, experiences and coaching. These Terms & Conditions explain how our products and services work and what you can expect from us.
By using our website, registering for an event or programme, purchasing a product or participating in any of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Who We Are
RelationWise Ministries is a trading name of The Flow Collective Ltd, a company registered in Scotland.
We provide Christian marriage resources, online programmes, digital products, events and coaching designed to help couples build stronger, healthier marriages.
2. Our Products and Services
Our products and services may include:
- Free and paid online programmes
- Digital resources and downloads
- Bible studies
- Marriage events and workshops
- Couple coaching
- Other educational resources and experiences

3. Eligibility
Our resources are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
Most of our content is designed for married couples and is presented from a Christian perspective. Unless stated otherwise, anyone is welcome to engage with our resources.

Our resources are intended to provide biblical encouragement, practical relationship skills and educational insights informed by established relationship research.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Participation in our programmes, events or resources does not create a counselling, psychotherapy or therapeutic relationship. Where coaching is provided, additional coaching terms may apply.
5. When Our Resources May Not Be Appropriate
Our programmes are intended for couples who are able to participate safely together.
If your relationship involves abuse, coercive control, intimidation, violence or fear for your safety, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional support before participating. Your safety and wellbeing are our priority.
6. Bookings and Purchases
Some of our resources are provided free of charge, while others require payment.
Prices are clearly displayed before booking or purchase.
Where payment is required, payment instructions or secure payment facilities will be provided during the booking or checkout process.
Unless otherwise stated, fees for digital products and programmes are non-refundable once access has been granted or the programme has begun.
If we need to cancel a paid event, we will normally offer either an alternative date or an appropriate refund.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
7. Digital Products
Access to digital products is granted for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, modify or commercially exploit any of our resources without our prior written permission.
8. Events and Programmes
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to programme content, speakers, schedules, delivery methods or venues where necessary.
While we make every effort to deliver our online programmes and emails as planned, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery times due to factors outside our control.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content published by RelationWise Ministries, including videos, written materials, graphics, downloads, worksheets, branding and course materials, remains the intellectual property of The Flow Collective Ltd.
