Beyond the Wedding Day

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings for Beyond the Wedding Day, organised by The Flow Collective Ltd, trading as RelationWise.

1. Your booking

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received. The fee of £98 is per couple and includes attendance at the event for both partners, lunch and access to the accompanying 30-Day Couples Challenge (Beyond the Wedding Day Edition).

2. If you need to cancel

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

• More than 14 days before the event: We will refund your booking payment, less the actual Stripe processing fee retained by Stripe.
• Between 8 and 14 days before the event: We will refund 50% of your booking payment, less the actual Stripe processing fee retained by Stripe.
• Less than 8 days before the event: Bookings are normally non-refundable because we will have committed to event costs.

You are welcome to transfer your booking to another engaged couple at no additional cost. Please contact us before the event to let us know who will be attending instead.

3. If we need to cancel

If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid us.

If we need to make a significant change to the date or venue and you are no longer able to attend, you may also request a full refund.

We do not reimburse costs you have arranged separately, such as travel or accommodation.

4. Food and dietary requirements

Please tell us about any dietary requirements or allergies when you book.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements and will pass relevant information to our catering provider. However, we cannot guarantee an entirely allergen-free environment.

5. What kind of event is this?

Beyond the Wedding Day is a Christian relationship-education event for engaged couples.

The day includes Scripture, relationship teaching, practical exercises and private conversations between partners.

It is not intended to provide couples counselling, psychotherapy, medical advice or crisis support.

You are always free to decide how much you wish to share or participate in a particular conversation or exercise.

6. Respect and safety

We want Beyond the Wedding Day to be a welcoming and respectful environment for everyone attending.

We reserve the right to ask someone to leave in the unlikely event that their behaviour seriously disrupts the event or compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.

7. Photography

We will not publish identifiable photographs or video of you for promotional purposes without your permission.

8. Your information

We will use the personal information you provide to administer your booking, communicate with you about the event and provide the resources included with your booking.

We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights or excludes any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Because Beyond the Wedding Day is an event taking place on a specific date, the usual statutory 14-day cancellation right that applies to many online purchases does not generally apply to this type of dated leisure service.
