The 7-Day Marriage Alive! Experience is our gift to Christian couples who would like to set aside one week to invest in their marriage. Over seven days, both partners receive a daily email filled with practical ideas, biblical encouragement and meaningful moments to enjoy together, all designed to fit naturally into everyday life.
Whether your marriage is in a wonderful season or life simply feels full, this is an opportunity to pause and give your relationship intentional time and attention.

What you’ll experience
Each day offers a different way of investing in your relationship.
During the week you’ll enjoy:
- Three Spark+ days with simple, practical ideas to build relationship skills in 10 min
- Two Connection Boost Days with a short scripture and a question to explore in 10 min
- One idea for an at home date together
- One Scripture spotlight day, exploring how Psalm 1 inspires us to live a Christ centered marriage.
Most days take 10 minutes, with a little longer set aside for the Date Night and Bible Study.
How the experience works
The 7-Day Marriage Alive! Experience begins every Monday and finishes on Sunday.
To help every couple enjoy the full experience together:
- Register by Sunday beforehand.
- Before we start, we’ll send both of you a welcome email with everything you need to know before you begin.
- From Monday to Sunday, both partners receive one email each day containing that day’s Marriage Alive! experience.
- Enjoy each day’s experience together whenever it best fits your schedule.
