Helping Marriages Flourish

The Need We See
God designed marriage to be a place of love, faithfulness and lifelong growth. Yet even the strongest marriages don’t thrive by accident.
n our work as marriage coaches, we often meet couples when they’re already in crisis. Emergency support is important, and sometimes essential. But by that point, patterns have often been forming quietly for years.
We believe many of those struggles could be addressed much earlier through small, intentional investments in marriage. Yet in the midst of busy lives and a culture that often undervalues lifelong commitment, those opportunities are often the first thing to disappear.
In many churches, couples quietly drift long before anyone knows. Support is often reactive rather than preventative.
We believe the Church can help change that.

Why the Church Matters
God has uniquely positioned the local church to nurture healthy marriages.
Churches are places where people worship together, grow together and walk through life together. They provide trusted relationships, biblical teaching and a community where couples can be encouraged long before difficulties become crises.
Healthy marriages don’t just bless individual couples. They strengthen families, enrich church life and become a powerful witness to God’s faithful love.
By helping couples make intentional investment in their marriage part of everyday life, churches can play a significant role in helping marriages flourish for years to come.

Scripture meets Relationship Science
We believe Scripture gives us God’s timeless wisdom for marriage.
We also believe that good relationship research often helps us understand practical ways to live out that wisdom in everyday life. Over the past several decades, researchers have identified habits and patterns that consistently strengthen healthy relationships. We find it encouraging that these insights repeatedly point back to principles God has revealed in his Word.
That’s why every RelationWise resource combines:
- Biblically grounded teaching rooted in God’s design for marriage.
- Evidence-informed relationship tools drawn from trusted research.
- Simple, practical experiences that help couples put biblical principles into practice.
