A Week for Us
7 days. Five 10-minute moments. One date. One Scripture Spotlight.
Life gets busy. And without really noticing it, we can give less and less attention to our marriage and to each other.
A Week for Us is a free 7-day experience designed to help you intentionally invest in your marriage – to reconnect, notice what is good and create more positive moments together, while learning from Scripture how to love well.
Start on Monday. From Monday to Friday, set aside just 10 minutes a day. On Saturday, enjoy a simple stay-at-home date idea together. Then on Sunday, slow down with a Scripture Spotlight, exploring God’s Word and what it means for your life together.
What you’ll get
- Monday–Friday: A bite-sized relationship insight through a Christian lens, with a simple action or connection question to help you put it into practice, notice something new or discover something about each other.
- Saturday: A simple stay-at-home date idea – no big plans needed, just some intentional time to enjoy being together.
- Sunday: A Scripture Spotlight – time to open the Bible together, explore a passage and consider what God’s Word might mean for your marriage and everyday life.
No long lessons. No marriage overhaul. Just small, intentional investments throughout one week.
You can do A Week for Us together. But if your spouse isn’t interested in joining in, you can still take part. Use the activities, questions and Scripture as a chance to reflect or journal and focus on what you can bring to your marriage from your side.
What could change in just one week?
It’s easy for what isn’t working to get more of our attention than what is. The everyday things we value about each other can gradually become less noticeable.
Over the week, you’ll experiment with rerouting some of your attention towards what is already working – noticing what you appreciate, recognising moments when you connect and doing more of what works for the two of you.
This isn’t about overlooking the difficult things. It’s about making sure that what is working gets more of your attention again.
When we notice what’s working, we create more opportunities for it to happen again. And when small positive actions become habits, they can begin to shape the everyday marriage you’re building together.
