Have someone whose partner isn’t on board? They can use SPARK+ individually and work on the relationship from their end.

SPARK+ Together

BUILD SKILLS + SHARED LANGUAGE

Equip couples across your church or group with the everyday connection skills found in strong, happy marriages, drawing on Scripture and relationship research.

Each day brings a bite-sized insight and a simple prompt to put it into practice. Couples practise in their own relationships while others are learning and practising the same ideas.

SPARK+ gives your church a shared language for talking about relationships. When you talk about relationships later, couples already know what you’re talking about.

Faith stays at the centre, connecting biblical wisdom with practical ways of loving one another well.

SPARK+ Live

ONE MONTH OF INVESTMENT. SKILLS THAT KEEP PAYING OFF.

Give couples and individuals across your church a month to intentionally invest in their relationships – with the live experience personally facilitated by both of us, Bella and Roman.

During the week, participants receive bite-sized daily input drawing on Scripture and relationship research, with practical tools and simple ways to practise each skill. Once a week, we meet live online for 60 minutes of practical input, guided skill practice and Q&A.

Together, participants build confidence and a shared language for relationships that can continue long after the month ends.

Relationships stay private: there is no expectation to share personal experiences with the group.

SPARK+ Live also creates an easy opportunity to invite friends and couples beyond your church to join in.

WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Inspire couples to invest in their marriage – and give them practical tools to keep doing it.

Invite us, Bella and Roman, to facilitate a practical and encouraging experience for couples across all ages and stages of marriage.

Drawing on the wisdom of Scripture and relationship research, we combine bite-sized practical input, useful tools and guided skill practice with time for couples to talk, connect and enjoy being together.

Couples leave encouraged, with fresh conversations started and practical tools and skills they can keep using long after the event.

Relationships stay private. Couples work together, with no expectation to share personal experiences with the group.

We also offer dedicated marriage preparation days for engaged couples.

When you are concerned about a Relationship

Sometimes you’re walking alongside a couple or individual and something doesn’t feel straightforward. You may be wondering what you’re seeing, where the boundaries of pastoral support lie, or what an appropriate next step might be.

Bella offers pastors and church leaders a confidential space to think through complex or concerning relationship situations – without sharing names or identifying details.

As a qualified counsellor with experience supporting people affected by trauma and domestic abuse, Bella can offer a professional perspective as you consider relationship dynamics, boundaries, possible coercive or controlling behaviour, questions about safety and when further support or referral may be appropriate.

The aim isn’t to assess or diagnose people who aren’t present, but to help you gain clarity and consider appropriate next steps.

Consultation does not replace your church’s need for safeguarding procedures.

Signpost a couple for Coaching

When a couple would value more personalised support.

Sometimes couples want more than a resource, course or conversation. They may be going through a difficult season, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or simply want some focused support for their relationship.

Through our relationship coaching practice, we work with couples in a distinctive 2:2 format – two coaches working alongside both partners.

Our approach is practical and forward-looking. We start with what each couple hopes for from coaching, notice what is already helping, and explore possibilities and small steps together. The couple remains in the driving seat throughout. If you know a couple who might benefit, please share our details with them.

Church leaders are also welcome to contact us to learn more or discuss whether coaching might be appropriate, without sharing identifying information. The choice to begin coaching always remains with the couple.
